If you have a UK-issued licence from the DVLA, you will have the option to complete a driving licence check online.
When completing the online fair processing declaration, you will be asked to provide an email address or mobile number to receive a verification code.
When you reach the "Final Verification" page you will be asked to input the verification code. The location the code was sent to is listed on the page.
If you do not input the code within 30 minutes, you can click the link at the bottom to re-send the code.
If you entered your email address or mobile number incorrectly, you will need to log out of the system and log back in to re-complete the steps. Alternatively, you can click "Go To My Profile" on the menu bar and then select "Go To Survey" from your profile. This will re-set the verification steps.
