Complete the following steps:
- Google Chrome (highly recommended) is used to complete the training. Alternatively, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is NOT a supported browser.
- The browser (Chrome, Firefox or Edge) is operating with the latest version – if necessary, please update your browser.
- The cache is cleared before completing this module – this is usually completed through browser settings and/or browsing history.
If the above actions do not work, please try:
- On your keyboard, push "Control/Ctrl" and then "F5" (while continuing to hold down Ctrl). This will hard refresh the page.
- Check your internet speed – this can usually be tested through Google, speedtest.net or a similar website service.
