If you receive an error message that says "Cannot verify ID token" when trying to log into the application, the issue is most likely that your device's clock is not set to the exact correct time. Please check the time on your device is accurate.
How to change your phone's time/date on an Android:
Open you device's Settings
For Android 9: select System > Date and Time
For Android 8: select General Management > Date and Time
Make sure Automatic date and time is turned on
- If you have Automatic date and time off, ensure you have manually set the date and time correctly.
Note: to date, this has only been an Android issue.
