You can save the Emergency Call Center to your phone. There are currently two ways to the call center to your phone's contact list.
1. Upon Initial Install
After you successfully log into the app for the first time, you will see a notification box on the homepage noting “setup not complete”.
- Select the setup option
- You will be directed to the eCall website.
- You will be asked to select your preferred language
- Once selected, you will be provided the emergency call center contact card
- Download this contact card and it will be saved directly to your phone contacts
2. Via Technical Support
- From the app, open the Menu
- Select Technical Support
- Select the “visit eCall page” option
- Once directed to the eCall website, you will be asked to select their preferred language
- Once selected, you will be provided with the emergency call center contact card
- Download this contact card and it will be saved directly to your phone contacts
